In this powerful video from November 2022, I—alongside close relatives and friends—confront one of the men believed to be responsible for the murder of my son, Muriyd “Two Clouds” Williams. Both he and a woman who was present during the confrontation are Ramapough tribal members and known associates. Throughout the exchange, the man never once denies his involvement. When directly asked what happened to Two Clouds, he simply says, “there’s no paperwork” and “no proof of anything.”

The video features audio from the confrontation, as well as visual slides including text messages, photographs, and other documentation pointing to a coverup. This is part of our ongoing fight to prove what we already know through official documentation which includes the autopsy report: Two Clouds did not drown- he was murdered.

A separate video featuring my full confrontation with the woman will be released soon as part of our Red with Envy series.

Please watch, share, and support the ongoing work of Beyond Clouds and Stand With Two Clouds. Your voice helps us carry his Legacy forward.

Today, I’m sharing something deeply personal — and urgent.

In 2022, my son Muriyd “Two Clouds” Williams was found lifeless in shallow water. The police decided on the spot there would be no investigation.

Their action was supported by Dr. Zhongxue Hua, Bergen County’s Medical Examiner — who ruled it a drowning.

But Dr. Hua’s own report contradicted that:

 • No water in the lungs

 • No froth or foam in the airways

 • No fluid in the body cavities

 • No signs of struggle or trauma

•. No “drowning position” of body

Later, the New Jersey Chief State Medical Examiner overturned that ruling, stating:

“The features of drowning cannot be identified.”

Furthermore, Dr. Hua listed in his gross findings that there was a history of “prior heart attack” which was also contradicted by his own examination that proved a healthy heart altogether.

Still, no investigation was ever opened.

And the New Jersey State Board of Medical Examiners claimed that Dr. Hua had done nothing wrong, thus there was “no basis to sustain a disciplinary action”.

But my son is not the only victim.

Families of Atif Madyun, Everett Palmer Jr., and Michael Marrara’s infant son were also left with serious contradictions — and no accountability.

At the time of Two Clouds’ autopsy Dr. Hua had performed well over 3,000 and overseen over 3,000 more. Therefore, his documented inconsistencies and fabrications are not due to inexperience. His actions are gross negligence, if not outright corruption.

Yet, medical examiners have legal immunity, even when their errors bury the truth.

I’m building a coalition of families impacted by Dr. Hua and by a system that refuses to correct itself.

If your loved one’s autopsy was handled by Dr. Hua, or if you have questions about how their death was documented, please reach out.

Watch the video below to understand why I’m speaking out — and who I’m standing for.

Because my son deserves truth. And so does yours.

M.

The time has come to honor the life and legacy of Two Clouds during our annual Stand With Two Clouds Week, happening this year from May 25th to May 31st, 2025. This week is dedicated to celebrating community, resilience, and the power of collective action inspired by Two Clouds, a beloved land defender, advocate for Indigenous rights, and an inspiration to all who knew him.

This Year’s Theme: “Those Who Can, Lead!”

As we kick off the 2025-2026 season, we are thrilled to introduce this year’s theme: “Those Who Can, Lead!” This theme calls upon each of us to rise to the occasion, to take initiative, and to inspire positive change in our communities. Whether through large acts or small, leadership comes in many forms, and we encourage everyone to explore how they can be a leader in their own unique way.

Throughout the year, we will host events, workshops, and initiatives designed to empower and equip individuals with the tools to lead, serve, and inspire. Stand With Two Clouds Week will serve as the first of many opportunities to step into leadership and make a tangible difference.
